Manson has made several cameo appearances in music videos, including him playing guitar for Nine Inch Nails video Gave Up, Destroying plates of famous rock stars alongside Trent Reznor in "Starfuckers, Inc.", as well as portraying a doctor in the Murderdolls' music video "Dead in Hollywood".

Trivia
- In "Gave Up", Manson is portrayed playing guitar and providing backing vocals in the video. This marks the debut of Manson into the public eye, as this is Manson's first music video appearance.
- In "Starfuckers, Inc.", Manson portrays a blonde female who accompanies Reznor throughout the video, Smashing dinnerware featuring various rock stars from Fred Durst to Gene Simmons.
- Manson agreed to be in the "Dead in Hollywood" music video as part of an agreement for Joey Jordison's (Slipknot and Murderdolls) appearance in the "Tainted Love" music video. In the video, he plays what appears to be some sort of doctor.
