Barbara Warner (born Barbara Wyer) is the mother of Brian Warner, who would later become Marilyn Manson, and the wife of Hugh Warner. She can be heard in the track "May Cause Discoloration of the Urine or Feces" on a phone conversation with her mother Blanche Wyer regarding Wyer's underconsumption of her Procardia pills.
