- The set featured a new stage set-up, with numerous different backdrops. Celibritarian Crosses lit up across the stage and custom amplifier covers.
- During "The Dope Show", a sign lit up in the background reading 'DRUGS'
- During "mOBSCENE", LED lights reading 'AIDS' and 'VAGINA' appeared behind Twiggy and Fred Sablan
- An instrumental sample of "King Kill 33°" was played before Antichrist Superstar.
- During "Antichrist Superstar", two masked men stood aside Marilyn Manson and the podium.
