The performance on September 24, 2004 took place at the VIVA Comet Awards in Cologne, Germany.Ginger Fish was severely injured after a fall down the lifted stage at the end of this performance. 15 years later, in 2019, Ginger posted two pics at his Instagram:

My parents were flown to Germany to take care of me by Tony Ciulla my manger & MM then, and Tony is still my manager now.
