The performance on April 28, 1999 took place at the Five Seasons Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, USA.

When Marilyn Manson discovered someone had placed a large smiley face on the front of the pulpit used for "Antichrist Superstar", he became upset and left the stage ending the performance. Riots ensued, leading to arrests. Soon after this tour date, Manson announced the cancellation of the next five shows out of respect for the Columbine shooting victims and their families, ending the tour early.[1]
