The performance on January 8th, 1999 took place at the NK Hall in Tokyo, Japan. It marked the band's first performance of "Astonishing Panorama of the Endtimes", nearly 11 months before official release as a studio bonus track on the band's 1999 album The Last Tour on Earth.
