The December 31, 1993 performance at Plus 5 Lounge in Davie, Florida is often attributed to Gidget Gein's last performance.

Some fansites have this performance at The Plus 5 Lounge in Davie, Florida[1] and a few have it as being at the Ritz in Tampa, Florida.[2]

In Marilyn Manson's autobiography, The Long Hard Road Out of Hell, Manson recounts '...the first time I met Alyssa (Adina Slotsky) was at the last show that Bradley Stewart played in our band that we had for Freddy DeMann and Maverick Records;[3]however, a specific show date is not mentioned.

In "Demystifying the Devil", Gein states 'The week leading up to this incident, it was Christmas Eve 93 or 94 or whatever...I was totally out of control.'

In a 2002 MTV interview, Gein stated he received his termination papers 'two days later on Christmas Eve while in rehab,' making the date unclear as two days prior to Christmas Eve would be December 23 and there is no record of a show date then. There is also as of yet, no proof the December 31 date was played. In any case, by the end of December, Gein had been removed from the band and the January 1, 1994 performance's flyer included the name Twiggy Ramirez.
