The performance on April 28, 1990 took place at Churchill's Hideway in Miami Beach, Florida, USA. This performance is the first live performance by Marilyn Manson and it is described in frontman Marilyn Manson's autobiography The Long Hard Road Out of Hell. The band were supporting The Goods,[1] and opened with what Manson once described as his favorite poem, "The Telephone."[2] Manson allegedly vomited over stage fright on the night of the show,[3][4] which 21 people attended.[2] For the performance, bassist Olivia Newton Bundy obtained several mannequin heads from his school and had them placed across the stage.[1]
