"(s)AINT" is the third and final single of the fifth album The Golden Age of Grotesque. It was written about Manson's ex-girlfriend Rose McGowan. The single was not released in CD format like the albums previous two singles, but a music video was made for the song. The video gained notoriety for its highly explicit nature and its ban in several countries.

The video is notorious for its extremely graphic nature. It primarily features Manson in a hotel room ingesting cocaine, depicting mounds of blood from his nose running down his neck and chest, and a naked girl tied in the bedroom.

The video was banned by MTV and in several countries, including Japan who were required to an edited version of the video due to a Japanese law concerning nudity in music video. After the original music video was banned, Manson made another version "Recut" and appropriate for television and other sources. Along with the release of Lest We Forget, Manson released a DVD single with the uncut, banned from the label, original version of the music video.

Eric Szmanda makes a cameo appearance in the video, and he is seen licking Marilyn Manson's neck at one point. Other participants include Tim Skold, Dita Von Teese, Asia Argento (who also directed the video) and former bassist Gidget Gein. It was shot at the Argyle Hotel (now known as The Sunset Tower) from December 16 to December 18, 2003. Manson financed the production costs for the video.
