Eric Szmanda makes a cameo appearance in the music video, where he is seen licking Manson's neck. Szmanda is joined by former bassist [[Gidget Gein]], marking the first collaboration between Manson and Gein in 11 years. Other participants included Tim Skold, [[Dita Von Teese]], Asia Argento and Vanessa Hutton. The music video was shot at the Argyle Hotel (now known as The Sunset Tower) in a 2,000 square-foot, split-level townhouse suite comprised of a master bedroom and bathroom, sitting room and a powder room. Manson himself financed the production costs for the music video, which he described as "an uncompromised look at me at my absolute lowest point, the point where I have to look up to see shit, that I'm below that," and compared it to the novel-turned-film ''Leaving Las Vegas''.<ref>{{WebArchive | 20131227182314 | http://www.helnwein-music.com/article1924.html | Helnwein Music}}.</ref>
